  • With our VEGAN STAR Yoghurt Maker you can easily make your own tasty and healthy yoghurt.
    You can either use shop-bought milk (soy drink or cow’s milk) or make your own!

Technique – Block Process

Lactic acid bacteria can mature considerably better in a 1 lit container than in small individual jars.

This process also saves the tedious job of having to fill the jars and of taking up a lot of space to store them in the fridge. You can take the exact amount of yoghurt required from the container. Cleaning the appliance is both quick and easy.
It is generally known that making yoghurt from soy drinks is difficult and mostly only results in thin, runny yoghurt. Through the use of natural gelling agents you can increase the consistency   of your yoghurt as much as you want.


Essential information for production!
In principle a temperature of 42 ° is ideal for the development of the enzymes in yoghurt production. These are the best conditions for the propagation of the cultures. Any decrease in temperature results in less valuable bacteria in your yoghurt.  


FLOATING PROCESS thanks to dual-component heater

yoghurtmaker-5That means the milk is kept in intervals at the necessary temperature of 42 degrees. Overheating and therefore any damage to the enzymes are avoided.

In principle 42 degrees is the ideal temperature for enzymes – this condition allows the cultures to spread best.

Energy consumption 12 watts, i.e. a production time of 12 hours costs only about 5 cents!
