Diverse Milk Beverages and Shakes


For legal reasons drinks made from vegan ingredients must not be described as milk.

Easy, lightly sweetened vegan drink

To your freshly produced "vegan milk" once cooled - simply add raw cane sugar, maple syrup, honey or sugar.
Sweetener can also be used

Hot Chocolate

Take the "vegan milk" you have produced and add Carob, cocoa or grated chocolate.

Drink Helena

Fill the measuring beaker with:

25 g soy beans, 25 g millet, 25 g almond chips and 25 g coconut flakes (i.e. ¼ beaker per ingredient).
This milk tastes delicious!!

Karin’s  Favourite Drink

Fill the measuring beaker ¾ full will soy beans. Add 1 tablespoon of round grain rice. Then add 2 pinches of vanilla sugar (with genuine vanilla extract), take 1 teaspoon of soy oil and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (if a sweeter taste is desired) and simply pour over the beans.

Then just fill up the beaker to the top with soy beans as usual.

Peach-Drink

Place 1 cup of "vegan milk" with a small tin of peaches in liquidiser and blend Milk

Pear-Drink

Ingredients: 1 cup of pears (pre-soaked) or 2 fresh pears, 1-2 teaspoons of honey, 1 cup of vegan milk, ¼ cup of coconut flakes

Blend all ingredients in a liquidiser

Almond and Pear-Drink

Ingredients: 1-2 beakers (as supplied) of choice almonds. After removing the core, cut 1 pear into small pieces the size of a soy bean., 1 tablespoon of rice

Wash the almonds and the rice and soak for 2 hours.
Put the almonds, the rice and the pieces of pear into the filter.

Peanut-Drink

Ingredients: 2 beakers (as supplied) small peanuts, sauté the peanuts (fry quickly in a little fat) and soak for 2 hours.

Sesame-Drink

Ingredients: 2 beakers (as supplied) of black sesame seeds, ½ beaker rice, 1300 ml hot water

Wash the rice and soak for 2 hours.

Quickly sauté the sesame seeds. Place the rice and the sesame into the filter

Walnut-Drink

Ingredients: 1 beaker (as supplied) of walnuts, 1 beaker of rice, 1300 ml hot water

Quickly sauté the walnuts and place in the filter.

"vegane Milk" & Tea

In your freshly produced hot milk, place 1 tea bag with the taste you have chosen (blueberry, blackberry, rose-hip etc.) and leave it to brew in the milk for about 20 minutes.

The cooled milk will have taken on the aroma and the colour of the tea added.
