For legal reasons drinks made from vegan ingredients must not be described as milk.
Our best and easiest advice for processing vegan drinks is: Use a clean filter (sieve) should you still be using such a machine.
Should you have problems with the milk curdling in tea or coffee try the following: Put the vegan milk into the cup first - then the coffee!
In normal circumstances soy milk can be used without adding sugar or sweeteners.
Children like it sweet! Especially children prefer the sweeter taste of cow milk and like to drink their soy milk sweetened with honey or maple syrup. Please only add any sweeteners after the milk has cooled down! You can, of course, use artificial sweeteners. Try to find out, how you prefer to enjoy your soy milk.
Make your Favourite Hot Chocolate quite simply with soy milk!
Fruit Additives: Make your own delicious drinks by adding blueberries and/or bananas to either natural or slightly sweetened soy milk. Try your favourite fruit or syrups!
Do not use any acidic fruit as otherwise your milk will curdle!
Blancmange: Use your slightly sweetened soy milk instead of cow milk for your usual recipes .
