Grain Drinks

For legal reasons drinks made from vegan ingredients must not be described as milk.
Oats, spelt, wheat and barley are well suited for the production of tasty drinks and soups. The grain can be mixed according to taste.
Processing is according to the type of machine available and the programme chosen.
With our VEGAN STAR machines you can produce either drinks or porridge/soups. These mush dishes or soups are especially suitable as baby or convalescent food.
Why cereal and grain drinks are so healthy:

Tips for grain drinks
Dates are especially suited for sweetening grain drinks. If desired place remove the stones from 3 dates and put them together 100 g of grain into the filter container.
Especially delicious:
- Adding vanilla
- Mixing a fresh banana into the finished drink
All grain drinks – especially barley drinks – taste best when warm.
Should you wish to keep "vegan grain drinks" for longer, they will begin to thicken and be thicker and thicker: Add as much water as required and shake the drink – before drinking give the drink a good shake!
After cooling sweeten with Hildegard raw cane sugar. Add honey or maple syrup only after the drink has cooled off – otherwise it will curdle.
